The rooms are well sized, the room we stayed in did not have air con and the upstairs rooms where like suana's. The hotel is also right next to the train station so if you are a light sleeper this is not for you.

Loved the two bedroom chalet. Very clean and comfortable. Looks new and furnished nicely. Comes with everything we needed to have and even a dishwasher! Location is great. It was an easy drive to Banff. Lots of food options nearby including Safeway for groceries open late until 11 PM. Would definitely recommend this place to others. Wish we could have stayed longer. Also, loved seeing bunnies in the backyard. A train runs right outside which can be heard at night but it didn't bother us much as we were dead tired from ling days full of activities. I also had ear plugs in case.

I recommend this place to everyone. I will be returning. we had our own kitchen, bathroom, two separate rooms, dining and tiny living room and beautiful view just outside. staff is very friendly especially the white guy at the front desk, he is a little bold. Sorry forgot his name. Downtown is super close too. overall good experience.

We have just returned from a super family holiday staying at these Chalets. It was booked via Airbnb and we had specifically requested a chalet which didn't back onto the railway line (having looked at other reviews). A family member who lives in Canmore had also visited in person to make sure that this was the case. However, when we arrived, the message had not been processed either at the time of booking on line and also in person. As the chalets were very full for the first few days we were there, nothing could be done. However, after our 3rd day we were upgraded to a bigger chalet facing the road at no extra cost. The owner/manager could not have been more helpful and all her staff moved our belongings (as well as all the contents of the fridge) to our new chalet whilst we were skiing for the day. We were most impressed by this hence the top review. The chalets are very spacious indeed with lots of storage although I think the kitchen could be better equipped. I would definitely stay there again but do make sure to book one facing the road.

We were a group of 6 staying in a 3-bedroom unit. There are various layouts and we weren't aware of a basement unit below us (more on that layer). The unit is well equipped with everything you need to cook meals, and the master with king bed has an ensuite bathroom, with a second full bath upstairs for the remaining 2 bedrooms with double beds, as well as a half bath downstairs. Large dining room, mud room, generous sitting area. One con is we only received one parking spot for 3 vehicles (one spot for entire unit) but that probably won't be an issue if you travel in one vehicle, or if you don't mind parking the other vehicles off site.

The cleanliness of the units were OK. Bedding was clean, bathrooms were clean, but the carpets were a bit dingy looking/feeling. It could be from people not removing footwear (in Canada, removing footwear before entering someone's house is common practice!)

We weren't aware there were people below us and they were very angry with us at one point in the night (I won't go into details but even though we were a bit loud, the situation was handled poorly by the others). So, if you cannot stand noise, don't book one of those basement units...and just be mindful if you are staying there that even though it seems like you have the entire unit, there are others below and beside you...keep the noise down!

The location is convenient and there are lots close by. I do get a bit of the noise from outside in the bedrooms especially in the morning when people are leaving but not a big deal, I always travel with ear plugs.
