Went for lunch 2 days ago, ordered baked pork chop w tomato sauce & rice. Food was terrible, tomato sauce on top was made of ketchup and a slice of cheese.Rice was hard & dry seemed like day old stuff. Very disappointing. Not worth for$11. a plate.

Haven't been to Fav (West Beaver Creek location) for a while. This place used to be very good, not your run of the mill HK style fast food, but this time it was terrible. Had curry beef on rice. I could only taste the spiciness and nothing else. Just could not finish it. My wife had some noodle soup that had loads of MSG in it. Hope this is just a one off.

A small Café nested between other restaurants, the menu is surprisingly diverse with offerings from Malaysia (Belachan Seafood Fried Rice), Thai (Seafood Green Curry), Portuguese( Chicken+Chorizo in Portuguese sauce) and Italian (Salmon Gravlax Gemeli). But of course there is the HK style Baked Tomato Sauce Pork Chop (my fav) and not to mention the Tiger prawn stir fried vermicelli (two thumbs up!). With this large menu I wonder how many chefs in the kitchen! The dining room area is quite small with one waitress and a cashier who doubled up as waitress and preparing drinks such HK styled Milk Tea (very nice!) and others such as Lemon Tea etc. A fabulous little place with lots of surprising dishes.

This is a tiny restaurant located along highway 7,intermingled with other eat out places

there is only one female waiter for the whole place

there are also patios but it was too hot for us to sit out

we have the classical onion pork chop, the ox tail and the salt fish fried rice

the portion was reasonable, and all the three dishes were quite tasty

the waitress was trying her best running around to serve other people

overall the food was good will come back and try other dishes

A mix of Chinese and Western dishes in Hong Kong Café style. Pretty good choices. The Hainan Chicken Rice is very good. Worth to give it a try. The place is a bit small and need to wait during lunch time.
