Nested inside a strip mall - found this on our Map app as it's one of the closet to our nearby hotel suite, everyone just wanted a simple meal, comfort food - hot noodles soup (Pho) was the vote. Fair to call this your local greasy spoon serving various pho in broth - order junior, regular or extra large portion & priced accordingly - just not much meat while we had to hunt for it deep down in our big bowl - should've gone across to the Hong Kong style place instead. Service is no nonsense, basic & more or less run family-style. Given the overall semi, old-worn down deco, edible food & menu prices, sorry - struggled to assign an average rating & leaning to being a poor value - given the competitive "food" corridor choices along Hwy 7's strip malls, many open until the late, late night hours. Pass & go checkout others - walk around for 1/4 block or less for options - if you are already parked in this mall.
