Stumbled upon this place for a quick bite, friendly service but disappointing food.
Had grilled chicken noodle soup and spring roll, both were too greasy.
Kind of understandable with spring roll as it was deep fried (although could have done a better job), but the noodle soup was covered with a thin layer of grease and burned & charred pieces. Trust that it was from the burned grilled chicken. Soup base wasn’t the usual light clear broth but tasted more like Korean soy sauce. Tiniest 4 pcs of chicken you can find in Vietnamese noodle soup.
Owner was kind and attentive. Seemed to care about the quality as he asked around for feedback a lot. Unfortunately, chef needed to step up.
