I think it’s horrible that the restaurant forces diners to pay a tip. My husband & I went for breakfast and when we were finished and walking out the waiter stopped us saying there was a small bill we had to pay. We were taken aback as we were using the vouchers included in our package. The waiter explained that the bill was for gratuities. I told him that we’d already left the tip on the table, which btw was more than the amount we were being billed. I completely agree with enforced tipping for large groups and understand that it’s the norm in some countries such as Europe for it to be included on your bill but North Americans are accustom to tipping based on service provided.
House cleaning can be improved. We found garbage under the bed left over from previous guests.
Pro:short drive to Blue Mountain and the downtown area - 10 mins or less.
Small sized pools - great for toddlers and children.
Overall decent stay for 2 nights but unsure if I would recommend or stay again.
