Just a quick stop in Kimberley...but great stay at Alpenglow! Great room on the main floor and the bed was super comfy. Eggs benny for breakfast was awesome. With lots of fruit!! Would highly recommend this fantastic B & B!

Just returned home to the UK after having spent a wonderful two weeks in the Rockies, part of our stay was spent at this wonderful guest house. Our Hosts Anya and Theo were superb and made us feel so welcome. We stayed in one of the top floor apartments and it was huge and had a balcony. The breakfast was excellent with home made, breads, pastries and jams. This is definitely the place to stay if visiting Kimberley. On our first night, Anya even phoned the restaurant across the road to pre book us a table, as after a long drive down from Jasper we didn’t want to travel far. The restaurant too was excellent, the Bauernhaus which is reviewed many times on tripadvisor.
Anya also gave us good information about local attractions, one of which Is Fort Steele Heritage town, which we thoroughly recommend you visit. It is a preserved 19th century town it has many interesting historical buildings and exhibits.
We have absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending The Alpenglow and would stay here again without a doubt.

The B & B was in a good position. It was in a quiet location but close to town and the ski hill. The room was excellent, so was the breakfast and the hosts. I would definitely stay here again. It was good value for the money.

Have been to Kimberley multiple times over many year, and have stayed nearly everywhere from top of Northstar drive to the center of town, and this is by far my favorite. I was a great little surprise to find them. The accommodations were exactly what I would have hoped for -- nice sizable room, private bathroom, and solid access to internet to stay connected to work. Great location as it's halfway between the downtown core and the hill.

The best feature of Alpenglow is it's hosts, which were very welcoming and congenial. Breakfast was a great experience -- sitting and sharing news and local lore with the hosts and other guests, all the while enjoying great food. I look forward to going back soon and recommend to others (as long as there's room left when I need to visit).
