Owner description: Nestled in Sinclair Canyon, Radium Hot Springs, located in British Columbia’s Kootenay National Park, includes a hot soaking pool and cooler swimming pool. Whether you are visiting the local Radium golf courses, skiing or snowboarding at Panorama Resort, or just passing through Kootenay National Park, the Radium Hot Springs are not to be missed! Radium Hot Springs' mineral water is uniquely odourless and clear, making this the perfect place for a relaxing soak. Gaze up at the rock cliffs see if you can spot one of the bighorn sheep that make this canyon home. The kids will enjoy swimming and diving in the cooler swimming pool (29ºC). Plan to visit often? There is so much to enjoy year-round, including: the annual stained glass art show and sale, near-by hiking and walking trails, picnic areas and space to lounge.

First off the setting is beautiful. The pool is nestled into the mountain side. You can hear the river running beside the pools. A very relaxing settling after a day of skiing. The downside the place is under construction although there is no actual sign of construction. The pools close at 9.00 in the spring, at 8.30 they announce that there are still 130 people in the pool and only and I think I got this right only 4 showers so "you do the math." Any other business would be actively trying to fix that but the construction hoarding seems to all be on the outside. Additional in the men's was room only about half the showers work so maybe that's where they came up with the 4 showers. Some obviously have not worked for awhile, again any other business would have that fixed over night. Fairmont Hot
spring has its change rooms under construction, on there website they announce that and give a timeline for when construction will be over. Enough said.

Very impressed with this federally operated hot spring. The staff were very friendly and the facility was clean and well organized. Surprisingly the entry fee was very reasonable (considering the outrageous fee for an annual national park pass.) I seem to remember the water was a lot hotter last time I was there some 15 years ago

I've been bringing my family to Radium BC for years just to enjoy the Hot Springs.
Great facility and staff . Very clean and life guards on staff . Kids enjoy the Hot & Cold pool , but I stick to the hit spring or hot tub.
Plus ... rent historic suite if u forget to pack one .

The springs are relaxing as always, but the facilities are in need of major updating. Everything was clean... just old. Very, very old. The change rooms need to be updated badly.

Drove from Kimberly to Golden and stopped here for a relaxing dip in the pool.
The place was clean and organized...what else from Parks Canada.
Nice snowy day so it made the event even better.
