The RV park is run by the same folks as the hotel.
This is an EXCELLENT RV park for the Yukon. They have water at each site plus up to 50 amps of power. Sami-dump station and RV/car wash. Everything is gravel, but roads and sites are spacious and everything is numbered and signed very clearly. The "Wolf It Down" cafe has delicious baked goods along with ribs, burgers and more. The gift shop in the same complex is truly unique with high-quality handmade jewelry and other items as well. Very enjoyable and perfect "last services" place before tackling the beautiful Cassiar Highway (Hwy 37).

This is another overpriced hole in the world. The cabins have no Air conditioning and they get hot in the summer. I write this review while sitting inside the cabin sweating. The cabin rents for $217.31 a night and is way over priced for what you get. The cabin is small and hot. The bathroom does have good water pressure and the hot water is plentiful. The room has a flat screen TV, mini frig, and coffee pot. There is no microwave, in room safe, ironing board or iron. The associated Wolf it Down Restaurant is also overpriced. The only thing good about this place is there Wi-Fi.
My suggestion to you would be to drive down the street about 15 miles into Watson Lake. There is more choices there. I will not ever stop here again.

Room Tip: Don't stay here. Drive 15 miles further into Watson Lake were you have more choices.

Stayed on night in 35 ft RV. Roomy sites ND lots of room to walk dogs - it's a large park. Has a RV/car wash onsite for rinsing of the dust. You can get a meal, buy a postcard and fill up your gas tank here. It was a nice place and the staff was great. One thing, buy the guy who works in the RV park office an alarm clock. Quite a few people were waiting for him to open the office in the AM.

We stayed at 2 nights at one of their front cabins and made the mistake not to ask how much the rates are first & were shocked when we saw how much we paid for a pretty average cabin. It was clean & had a huge TV but other than that it did not have anything else. There wasn't a kitchenette nor an AC & the view was basically the parking spot & the highway (which is pretty noisy). The woman we checked in with was really friendly & even drew us a map of the nearby trail to a small lake, which was pretty nice. But checking out was one of the worst services I have ever experienced. Not only it unclear when the checkout time was (one sign said 10 AM, another 11 AM), which is a big deal for someone who likes to sleep a little longer but the reception, which is in the gift shop was still closed. So I tried the restaurant next door, since it belongs to the same owner & they were extremely unfriendly. They ignored me for a while even though it was not that busy and when I asked where to leave the key, someone yelled at me from the kitchen to just drop it on the counter. I definitely will not stay here again.

When we arrived they told us they were open and ready for business. The male manager got verbally abusive to the female manager when she tried to help him (he didn't know what he was doing) with our transaction. They said they had plenty of 50 amp hook up sites we couldn't find them nor anyone on staff to help us find them. Their laundry room was locked and no one had a key to open it; their RV/car wash area didn't work. The manager of the gift shop was so busy telling someone on the phone how to fill out their disability forms so they would get 100% disability she forgot we were in the store. And, they charged the hubby $10.00 (American) for pie with ice cream! In our opinions they charged way too much ($49.50 per night) for the site we were in and as soon as the sun came up - we were gone!!!!
