Excellent food and very good starters. Can't remember the dish names but food is different to Indian but still can indulge the taste for spiciness.
Excellent service and like the Kukara beer - look for the Gurkha knife.

We've been here a few times and honestly this has got to be one of my favourite restaurants in Bristol. We went last night again for my partner's birthday having not been in a while and it was just as amazing as ever. The food is good, and we split the bill equally between all 12 of us and it only came to £25 each - brilliant if you think we all had a couple of drinks each, poppadoms, starters and mains! The staff definitely make the place though - they always make you feel welcome and create a really nice athmosphere. They even put an extra fire sparkler on my partner's birthday cake without saying anything to us for free - I can't speak highly enough about them. Definitely a must-go-to restaurant in Bristol.

lovely staff - nice ambiance - but to be fair it is the food you go for - absolutely amazing - not busy mid week and I definitely concur with the great reviews on the food

Hadn’t tried Nepalese food in a while so this was nice. Great food, everything so fresh from the rice to the vegetables and made fresh. Portions were really big struggled to finish mains after only sharing a starter. Service was decent considering how busy the place was on a Saturday night. Value really good too for the standard of food. Definitely worth a visit

We visited yesterday with friends. For a Saturday evening it was fairly quiet. The staff were excellent, the restaurant itself was huge. We love Nepalese food, the menu was good but the food was average at best , starters were poor and the mains also lacked flavour. The food almost tasted like it was all cooked in the same paste, one that you could buy from a supermarket. I wouldn’t personally go back here. Shame as this used to be a really good restaurant years ago.
