Probably not the easiest place to find unless you are familiar with Fairford Leys, but certainly worth the effort. We booked a table at short notice and by 8pm, the place was packed and there was a lengthy queue for takeaways.
The staff were very welcoming and friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
Although we are knowledgeable as far as Chinese food is concerned, we opted for the set menu - mixed starter with five items, then crispy duck with hoisin sauce and pancakes, followed by a choice of main courses (1 choice per person), egg fried rice and mixed veg included. Ample food, very freshly prepared and piping hot. Excellent value at around £18 a head.
Wine reasonably priced and we were offered complimentary coffee after our meal.
They apparently do an “eat as much as you like” Sunday buffet which is thoroughly recommended- we’ll probably do that on our next visit.
