This is rarely open to the public so if you have the chance walk through this beautifully manicured garden by the river and enjoy its myriad multicolored blossoms.

Beautiful gardens and calm and relaxing. The porter at the Lodge was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Good luck on accessing this little treat, unless you are with a Clare college member or fellow. It is a delightful, green, and peaceful oasis encroaching on the River Cam that is a fabulous retreat from the touristy bustle of central Cambridge

Beautiful in all seasons, but particularly so in early autumn when dahlias are in bloom. Great view of the river and colleges.

We were eating in Clare College and attended a pre-dinner drinks function in the Clare Fellows' Garden. The setting was perfect for a warm evening event, the gardens are well kept and the setting and location were perfect. The staff were attentive and not intrusive
