Love the Decor its proper Old School 80s 90s styli not tempted to go with the viral brasserie wood lamimate flooring and shiny black bistro seating. These type of restaurants are in demand as you know
what Great experienced cooking abounds.
I have eaten in the best and worst Indian restaurants nationwide and rate the food here in the top 20%.
Highly recommended the Tandoori goods taste beautiful and have a Charcoal BBQ flavour, Beer great and all meats in the Curries fresh, we asked for Xtra hot and were not dissapointed.
The Banghra Lager on Draught was a good pint as well. One thing that could be improved was the pickle tray unfortunately
it was like most other Indian restaurants mango Chutney, Onions, yoghurt v boring hope they offer some nice mixed pickle or option to buy Chilli pickle etc soon! give it a 8/10 food great food, but with Good pickles 9/10 out of 10

Second visit as 2 couples, some comments in other reviews regarding decor, however, thought it was perfectly presentable & no issues as far as we were concerned. Served by Aaron who was very friendly, meals were tasty & good quantities. Would not hesitate to return again.

Food was lovely, staff friendly & helpful. The decor could do with updating but not the end of the world. Would definitely go again

Staying down Chester for a couple of days we stumbled here as first stop for food and were not disappointed. Greeted by the manager who was very attentive and friendly not only recommending some superb items from menu but also helping us make the most of our time in Chester recommending bars to end the night with.

Food arrived quick and fresh , some of the most authentic and quality Indian food we’ve tasted. When they realised I wasn’t enjoying the type of rice I ordered (as didn’t realise it had onion chunks in) they changed it without quibble or me even having to ask! The homely cosy atmosphere makes this place a great find and somewhere you must try.

We were happy to hear they’ve also got restaurants in the north easy as we’ll be paying a visit to these when we get home!
Our only regret is getting cash out so could leave a tip as no option on card-machine.

Thank you for the great food and hospitality

Lovely, tasty, fresh food. Attentive and friendly staff. Yes, this place does need a refurb but this does not detract from the good.
