Was pleasantly surprised that it was as lovely as stated in the other reviews. Definitely a home away from home feeling, very cosy and relaxing. It was spacious, clean and well maintained.
We would certainly stay there again :)
Just returned from a holiday with 3 generations and all reported it was a prefect place to holiday. The lodge itself is wonderful - comfortable, well equipped, homely and easily fitted us all in - and the facilities on the holiday park were well used especially the swimming pool and table tennis. The surrounding area is stunning, even more so as we had fabulous weather for April. So much fresh air has made us all feel tons better! Will definitely return.

We spent Christmas through to the new year and we had a fantastic time, the lodge is great and very large with a very good view of the sea, the site it's self is very well equipped with a great bar and restaurant which we used every evening. The lodge is also located within a 20 minute drive looe and Plymouth via the ferry.

The pictures taken for the website are exactly what you get. It was perfect. The Lodge, the location and the views. It was the most relaxing holiday we have had in a long time. No matter where you sat there was a view to memorise. We were fortunate to meet the owner, Debbie, on our arrival and was delighted to have a personal greeting. The Lodge had everything you could possibly need for a vacation. It was clean, comfortable and cosy. The location of the lodge was perfect. We didn't make the walk down to the beach, (we are not as nimble as we used to be when our children were younger) but we found some great spots where we could sit and enjoy even more stunning views. There is so much to see and do and lots of great places visit and dine out. I would recommend this Lodge, to those who want comfort, peace and relaxation for a holiday. Thank You Debbie. We will be back.

Just returned from an Easter break at 9 The Lookout with spouse and grown-up family. The lodge is beautifully located on a clean tidy park in a small gated community of lodges. Equipped with everything you could want and more. It was little too chilly to enjoy the views over the Tamar valley and Dartmoor for more than a few minutes, but it would be wonderful in the summer. Enjoyed some reasonable, well-priced food at the Vault bar and swam in the lovely warm swimming pool (we were the only ones in it!). Would definitely recommend to all ages, but beware - the walk down to the beach is a killer! Wi-Fi in public areas.
