We could only agree with all the positive comments that previous reviewers have left. The attention to detail is amazing and will suit guests who like everything 'just so' . Malcolm & Linda bend over backwards to ensure you have a memorable stay. The parallel parking in the road outside is not a problem as it's a quiet area anyway, but the property is literally 5 mins from the best Falmouth beach, and 10 mins to the marina/restaurant area. Our recommendation - the scrambled egg at breakfast!

Spent 3 days at the Rosemary in Falmouth, great accommodation, was made very welcome, food was first class, very good selection of beers and wine in the honesty bar, and their rates are very reasonable.

Would definitely stay there again, Highly Recommend!!!

Had a lovely weekend break at the Rosemary, very friendly hosts after showing us round the hotel we were offered a pot of tea and a slice of a very delicious lemon cake.
Everywhere is spotless and our room had a view of the garden and the sea beyond.
Breakfast was one of the best I have had in a b&b with superb service.
The beach is only few minutes walk away and Falmouth town centre 20 minutes.
Although the car park is small there wasn't a problem parking on the quiet road outside.
We liked is so much as soon as we got home I booked for October can't wait!

We spent 2 nights at The Rosemary and were delighted with our lovely room with sea view. It was spotless, beautifully designed and so so so quiet. Our host was supportive and welcoming with out overwhelming us. The public rooms are beautiful and the breakfast so good. Nothing seemed too much trouble. All of this and the lovely weather made our weekend really special.

Had 3 nights at the Rosemary in Falmouth in August. Great location for the local beach, no more than a 10 minute walk into Falmouth, beautiful views out into the bay and good food. Bed was very comfortable, excellent bathroom amenities and lotions and potions. Breakfast is a treat for the eyes and the tats buds and the young ladies who serve at breakfast really have customer service nailed.

Room Tip: Seafront rooms a must
