We just stayed here one night but overall I was decent nothing special but everything as it should be. Maybe there is one special thing- the location cause I doubt it could be any better. The room we had was quite small and I don't know a chair would have been nice but the rest was ok. The bathroom was a bit mouldy which is mainly the one star missing. Nevertheless everything is perfectly clean. All the staff we met were really nice and helpful. The breakfast was also quite nice. So all in all we can recommend that for people who want to have the best location possible but don't spend too much time in the room.

Recently visited Cornwall from Liverpool as we had never been before. Upon arrival, we was welcomed by the owner who was absolutely lovely and made us feel right at home. The hotel is in the heart of Newquay and we was able to park right outside the door. We will be staying at this hotel when we visit again.

Margaret was a breath of fresh air, not only a friendly welcome but a joy to get too no in the two nights we were there, rooms were clean & tidy plus we had a fantastic view. We will be back. Pete & friends Stoke on Trent

Great hotel! Stayed here for a few weeks while working away, the owner was very helpful and looked after us far more than expected! The hotel is in a great location, just a few minutes walk from the beaches and town centre
