My wife and I love to walk and we decided to walk to cockington and ending up in the village.
This is where we found Weavers cottage tea shoppe and decided to go in for a drink, so we went inside got seated to a table for two and ordered two lattes and two cheese scones.
The price was fantastic and that matched the coffee and scrumptious cheese scones.
Also we would like to mention the friendly service and staff, a day to remember and a place to go back to through out the years to come.

Many thanks to you all,

Julia and David

We popped in while at Cockington looking for a light lunch. As it was sunny we sat in the garden, which was very pleasant. We had sandwiches which were beautifully served with salad garnish and crisps. The proprietors and staff very friendly and courteous, everything you would hope to find in a Devon establishment. If you are looking for food served in a traditional and unpretentious way this tea shop is everything you could ask for. Strongly recommended.

Cute little thatched cottage tea rooms serving light bites, tea and coffee.
We opted for high tea - sandwiches inc garnish salad and crisps scones inc jam and cream large pot of tea =£6.95 each

Many thanks for your nice review. Just a slight correction for the wider audience; our high teas are actually £6.25 each, not £6.95 - even better value!
