“Excellent Apartment and location”

Myself and husband had the pleasure of staying at 16 Trinity Mews in July. The apartment is in an excellent location and is easy to find. It is situated 5 minutes walk from the harbour and is central for most thing. We parked our car and never used it all week! There is parking either side of the building and we had parking permits provided which was excellent. The communication between the owners was fantastic, they emailed us the week prior to our stay with codes and keysafe numbers. The information in the flat was excellent from places to visit, eat and even instruction booklets for all appliances. The flat is situated in a lovely quiet are. Would highly recommend staying here.

Great place, steep hill and numerous steps could be an issue for some guests, limited parking spaces could be an issue in peak season. Great correspondence pthroughout with owner and manager, thank you.

Thank you too for your review, I am glad you liked the flat so much and that you were happy with our communication. You make a good point about the hill and the steps, and I have put in my listing that the flat may not be suited to those who are less mobile. Also I agree the parking can be a pain at times, but it is usually possible to find a space close by -- Julian, owner 16 Trinity Mews.

This is a perfect apartment in an excellent location in Torquay. My husband and I had a lovely weeks holiday out and about in the Torbay area. The owners ( Julian & Phil ) are very nice people
and they have decorated this apartment to a very high standard with quality fittings and appliances. We cannot fault this apartment in any way, its perfect. We will be returning later on in the year.

“Great Stay”
Reviewed 23 May 2016 for a stay in April 2016

This is a very neat tidy rental with everything. Location is excellent for walking day trips to Kents Caven and Babbacombe Model Village (Great for kids). Property very close to the harbour front. Plenty to do, eat freash sea food, catch a boat, train, lots of shops and supermarkets. Loads of pubs. Great place to stay for 3 nights.
