We stayed here for a night dancing holiday, hosts John & Linda West, and had the time of our lives. Not only was the dancing and teaching excellent, the hotel itself was the most comfortable and the friendliest that we have stayed in in Bournemouth.
From arrival to booking out, we were made to feel 'at home' and were treated as valued guests by all the staff. They took our luggage early on the day of arrival and looked after it until early evening on the day of departure.
The food in the restaurant (dinner) was excellent, with one exception, the butternut squash soup (not to my liking but, at least, I tried it). We were allowed more than the time that we needed to finish our meals and never felt as if we were being rushed.
Breakfast was also an excellent affair, with the exception that neither toaster was working properly and slices of bread were cremated with each use.
The room was of a very high standard and was always spotless when we returned from an afternoon around town. Only thing that I will mention is that the toilet roll holder was loose and the shower did not drain properly.
When all is said and done, I would have no problem recommending the Marsham Court Hotel to any visitor to Bournemouth.
Well done staff and well done John & Linda West.More
