Thank you for taking your time to write a review about your stay at our hotel. I am sorry to hear that your experience was not enjoyable, however as you know, our team did everything to make it right for you. The deposit for a group bond was clearly explained on your contract and unfortunately, it is down to a third party company that you booked through to explain all the procedures. Our apologies that you were not happy with the rooms - I am sorry to say but if the customer is not satisfied, he/she can mention the issues to the front desk, especially if you are staying for 2 nights, however nothing was reported from you group during your stay and at the departure. All our rooms are different and I am sure that we could have found suitable accommodation for you. I am surprised to hear that one of our managers was rude - all our staff are always praised for the best customer service and I can only apologise on behalf of my team. I would be really happy to offer you a nice room and rate should you ever in the area again as well as personally look after your reservation to make sure we make it right for you next time.
