A very professional hotel with high standards. The room was of a high standard, the staff unfailingly polite and thorough and breakfast was first rate. Strongly recommended. Location is central. Pool and spa really enjoyable.

We booked an executive room, we were given a lower standard room on a lower floor and then later given card access to the executive lounge and they still wanted to charge us for an executive room! They think that some people don't know the difference between an executive room and a standard room and try to charge you the same! That is cheating! Very unprofessional! Be careful as well to check the bill when you check out... they tried to charge us one more night and then said it was a system error!

Dear D2462ITfernandom

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry you had a billing issue on checkout and I can assure you that any errors are dealt with swiftly and efficiently - please accept my apologies for this. Our Guest Rooms and Executive Rooms are of the same spacious layout but the Executive rooms are usually on higher floors and have added amenities and Executive Lounge Access, so your room would have been of the same high quality, however I do understand your frustrations. Please accept my apologies for any shortfalls in your stay and I do look forward to welcoming you back to show you the usual high standard of service our guests receive.

Warm Regards

very big hotel. Not such personal touches.Good central location.Swimming pool was an attraction, but very dark in presentation and atmosphere.
Room was good,all usual facilities
8th floor bar a nice attraction, with blankets provided to sit outside, downside ,very pricey.
Breakfast was ok'ish.Usual selections, but cooked foods kept running low,and very slow to refill,so just didn't bother.

Room tip: Ask for front of hotel view.

Stayed here for 1 night. We were checked in by very nice gentleman who arranged a table for us for dinner as we were very late to come. Room was very nice and clean, especially liked Ted Baker bedthrow. Loved bathroom design and huge and comfy bed! Breakfast was nice too, very friendly hostess. Great experience definitely coming back again soon.

Service bad, clientele worse, toilets unforgivable, prices extortionate, no view of water, trying to be something it's not. Very disappointed. Not worth the money. Staff not attentive. Cocktails over priced.

Dear Wilfres71

Thank you for sharing your feedback with me. I am sorry your first experience of Hilton Bournemouth was not a first class experience. We get many favourable comments about the SkyBar but clearly our usual high standards were not shown on this occasion. Please accept my apologies for this, I will certainly be looking into your feedback further.
