“An excellent base to visit Brighton from”
Reviewed 23 March 2016 for a stay in March 2016

Just enjoyed a four day break visiting Brighton, and stayed at this lovely, clean and cosy basement flat !! The decor is to the highest quality and is exceptionally clean and airy. A credit to its owners.
The property is exceptionally well placed to get into the Brighton without getting caught up in town traffic, and both the train station a bus stop is just at the bottom of the road ( train is easier and cheaper )
Many thanks again. The flat made our day !!

“Perfect base for exploring Brighton”

The garden flat was an amazing find, it was perfectly situated 5 minutes walk from Preston park train station with 3min train ride to city centre or 30 min walk. The flat a basement flat , directions and instructions very clear. Flat spotless and both homely and minimalistic. The beds were soooo comfortable and the owners flexible with providing a camp bed.
The kitchen was well equipped, pubs nearby and a sainsburies for basics. The kitchen had lots of condiments and there was even a small pint of milk waiting for us.

There were books and DVDs to use.
We loved our stay both because of the flat and because Brighton was lovely too. We would highly recommend this flat and would definitely return

“Great Holiday Flat”
Reviewed 28 September 2015 for a stay in September 2015

Stayed there for two weeks and thoroughly enjoyed the flat with all it's conveniences. Located in a very nice quiet neighborhood close to Preston Park, buses into Brighton 3 minute walk or you can walk through Preston Park into Brighton. Sainsbury's grocery store 10 minute walk away on the A23 or walk to a shopping area which includes the Co-Op grocery store, bank, butcher, pub etc.
Flat was very well equipped, it had two nice bedrooms a fully fitted kitchen including a dishwasher and a nice living room/dining area.
Bruce & Julie were very responsive regarding any questions we had and would certainly stay there again if in that part of the UK again.

“Lovely holiday in beautiful Brighton ”
Reviewed 30 May 2015 for a stay in May 2015

Just leaving after a great family holiday in the best apartment we've ever stayed in! Super comfy beds with feather duvets, power shower, DVD player, dishwasher...Well appointed with everything you need (just some coat hooks would be good!) lovely layout, sunny terrace which was perfect to sit with your morning coffee. 30-40 mins walk into centre of Brighton but the London road possibly has cooler pubs anyway! Try meatliquor, shuffle, worlds end, the joker and hare & hounds for cracking beers, cocktails and food! We felt really at home here and are reluctant to leave :-( we'll be back!!!

“Very comfortable and attractive accommodation, close to Brighton with the added bonus of free parking.”
Reviewed 17 May 2015 for a stay in May 2015

We stayed here with extended family in order to visit our son in Brighton. The flat had everything we needed including a well equipped kitchen and two lovely bedrooms. We could easily walk into the town but if required there is a very regular bus service. We will certainly use Garden Flat again.
