Lovely stay at Blanch House. Very warm welcome. Stayed in Art Deco Legacia room which was great including massive free standing bath. Delicious cocktails at the bar before dinner. They booked us dinner at nearby Drakes, which meant we both got a free glass of champagne on arrival at the restaurant! Highly recommend Blanch House.

This is a truly amazing hotel/ b&b. We stayed in Legacia, one of the feature rooms and it was incredible with a side sea view. The welcome from Kerry and the team was brilliant, this is such a unique place to stay. We had food on NYE and it was fantastic, well presented and served to perfection. It's honestly worth the price and we will definitely be returning later in the year. We have never encountered such fantastic customer service. Nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast on New Year's Day was served as a brunch, and the choice of freshly prepared food was great. The following day the normal breakfast menu was not a disappointment either, everything is freshly prepared.
A big thanks to all the staff at Blanch House, keep up the good work!

Originally the vision of a Groucho Club cocktail genius and his wife, BH was created from a Brighton town house on the fringe of Kemptown, so the rooms are dictated by the architecture. Some are small, but all have been ingeniously fashioned to make the most of the space, each with an individual identity. You are made welcome, the rooms are idiosyncratically lovely, the bar is great, and the unexpected happens. It embodies the spirit of a boutique hotel.

Room Tip: Your interest in BH will be repaid many times over - lovely oasis.

I see why this place is so popular.
We couldn't have asked for much more from a hotel in Brighton...
The staff have a brilliant desire for customer service, which is what really makes this place- best I've experienced in the UK.
We chose the most "basic" room if you can call it that. The bed was huge, the bathroom was beautiful and my personal favourite thing was the toiletries were Aromatherapy Associates.
If you're choosing between this place and somewhere SLIGHTLY cheaper I would say spend the extra £20 quid per night and go here. It'll be a relaxing and carefree experience that'll make anyone feel like royalty

We had a very warm welcome by Josie and Kerry (manager). We took the Peonie room which was cosy but all the necessary accommodation was available. In the night it was very quiet and the beds are really excellent to enjoy a good night sleep. Breakfast was super with a choice of 5 different dishes and at New Year's morning the choice was even bigger. Breakfast, as diner and the 6 course meal at New Year's Eve was superb and a wide variety. We took cocktails at the bar, followed by chicken ravioli, main course was beef and followed by a palet of cheese and chocolate cake. Later on there was the countdown in the bar to 2016 and of course the necessary champaign was there to accompagny us through the first moments of 2016. Maybe a small party with wider dance music would have been great to top everything off. We would like to thank the whole staff of the Blanch House to make our trip and first moments of 2016 into a great success and on top of that we have met a very nice couple of Brighton locals (Rachael and Amit). Always welcome in Belgium and we will surely return to this great, warm, friendly hotel with magnificient food. Greetings Kurt and Muriëlle.
