“Great apartment”

Stayed here in January 2015.
The features we enjoyed most are the amazing shower, the small outdoor patio and the excellent adjacent gardens and beach tunnel. The additional bathroom and free wifi are always going to be handy.
The apartment is very clean with a good kitchen and is well maintained throughout and a great place to stay if you are looking for an alternative to Brighton's many overpriced hotels and B &B's, especially if you have a dog, like us.
The complimentary bottle of Cava was a nice touch and the on-street parking is very handy and also cheap for Brighton.
We will definitely return for all of the above points.

“Perfect Christmas seaside break”
Reviewed 29 December 2014 for a stay in December 2014

We arrived Christmas Eve,my partner, dog and I to be greeted by Katherine with a run through of the facilities.
It was immediately apparent that this apartment is well cared for, beautifully decorated with an eye for detail. Along with a bottle of fizz chilling in the fridge, simple extras were in the cupboards like-tea and coffee, salt and pepper, washing up liquid, cloths and plenty of cooking utensils and pans-essential when self catering (especially a Christmas dinner) even ice cubes in the ice cube tray!
It was a two minute walk to be on the beach, even though there was a bus stop just around the corner,we walked along the seafront into town each of three days we stayed.
We also had access to the private gardens which let straight down to the sea,,secured with gates-very pretty even in mid winter.
The shower is amazing, just like a 4 star hotel-the only gripe I have is that I had difficulty turning down the temperature on the bathroom radiator,I could have asked Katherine for advice but as it was a minor problem,I didn't want to disturb her Christmas Day!
We have really enjoyed our stay and have fallen in love with dog friendly Brighton and their friendly residents.

“MAGNIFICENT”

What a place. Not at all what I expected from a basement flat. It had everything required for a holiday let right down to a parking space (rare to get in Brighton and was cheaper than anywhere else we've parked). Did not need the car as bus stop two minutes walk away. Ideal for getting around. OK no sea views but hey walk though the superb gardens(even in December) to the tunnel and hey presto there was the sea. Met a few of the neighbours very friendly. If you do not feel like cooking(which we did not) Marmalades Cafe 3 minutes walk away(see my review) breakfast on the doorstep.
Katherine (the owner) met us at the flat . Really nice lady fount of information regarding the area & Brighton. Had left basics in fridge and cupboards including a bottle of fizz, For the second time in all my visits to Brighton found a comfy bed not too hard. As for the shower excellent. Could not fault this flat in anyway. Will be booking again next year for at least one of our once every three months visit if available.

“Exceeded my expectations”

The apartment that me and my girlfriend stayed in was amazing. With alot of internet sites the pictures make the apartments look bigger than they actually are, well this isn't the case here. Plenty of room, storage and comfort. It had a lovely warm feeling to come back to. Would definitely recommend.

“Very enjoyable stay at the Magical Apartment”
Reviewed 19 November 2014 for a stay in November 2014

My wife and I, along with our dog stayed in this apartment during November and though the apartment is compact, its very well laid out. During your stay you have access to some really lovely private gardens. The garden also has it's own entrance to the sea front. Brighton Marina is with easy walking distance and a good bus service runs at the bottom of the road
