Lovely Guest House on the edge of town. Easy walking distance to both the Old and New Town. The manager, Barbara was very friendly and helpful on check in. Easy Parking in a nearby car. Plenty of places to eat nearby !
Free motorcycle parking in the centre is always a thumbs up
From me ..

From previous review I expected the area to be a real dump. What a pleasant surprise I got. Guest house is situated on the edge of town centre within few minutes walk to shops, seafront and various cafes and pubs. There are a variety of places to go out and eat.

The guest house itself is easier to find if you look to the left side of the road and watch out for a grey fronted house.

Left the car outside whilst checking in and were given two vouchers for parking overnight 4pm until 11am next morning. Car park was in next road couple of minutes walk away.

The room was lovely. Tea/coffee and kettle, large flat screen TV, en-suite, (which isn't small as its en-suite not a bathroom). The shower was great, put mine at home to shame.

I noticed the sound of traffic on the first night, only because I don't live by a road at home. The second night I slept like a log. I have some arthritis and at home have a memory foam mattress, I'm not sure what the bed was, I suspect sprung with very thick memory foam top. Whatever it was it was superb.

No breakfast provided but plenty of nearby places to go.

Totally recommended, very clean and very comfortable.

Unfortunately this area in the centre of Hastings is rather grotty with no good restaurants. Had some difficulty in finding it, drove past without noticing the small sign. Do look for the number 41. A free parking space in the public multi-storey carpark in the next street is provided.
The Guest House itself is very well furnished and the room itself is attractive. Very small bathroom with a shower. There is no breakfast, but a Nescafe coffee maker is supplied. Unfortunately no instruction was provided, so made a mistake.

Exceptionally clean and lovely decorated rooms, mini fridge iron and ironing board in room.
Barbara is very friendly, would def stay here again, close to town, local shops on the door step, beach a few mins away.

Only a 5 minute walk from both the beach and the station, this was a very comfortable, fashionably decorated hotel. A great choice for couples, there are en suite double rooms of a good size. Staff are friendly and attentive too!
