I stayed at 'Aspen' with my partner for 4 days in August 2013. The cottage is set in beautiful Sussex countryside and not far from the coast at Rye. The cottage itself is very well situated around a courtyard so is very easy to get to. The lounge is very large and extremely comfortable and has everything that you need for a stay away from home. The free Wifi is a big plus. The bedroom is very nicely furnished and the beds comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped and the wetroom is a pleasure to use. The outside areas which are reserved for people staying at the cottage are great in the summer and a highlight was a barbecue with Sally and Bob which lasted late into the evening. We used the garden every day. Sally and Bob are excellent hosts and nothing was too much trouble for them.

Located in a quiet country lane, surrounded by fields, privacy and tranquility are assured. The owners, Sally and Bob made us very welcome and you felt nothing would be too much trouble. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could ever need, the lounge was spacious and very comfortable (as were the beds) and had a door through to the private garden with barbeque and seating area, which must be perfect in the summer. Overall a very enjoyable stay.
