“Wonderful place to stay”
Reviewed 3 December 2017 for a stay in December 2017

Our family booked the house for a pre-Christmas meet up, and I believe it exceeded expectations! The house was perfect for having all the family around (10+ one evening) and easily accommodated us in the spacious living and dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped and again a good size, with the snug and log burner it's a perfect hang out spot! Upstairs the rooms are again spacious and guests are well catered for. The playroom was a surprise to us and our 19 month old thought she had died and gone to heaven! There were baby gates erected throughout the house, and the owners even provided some nappies, baby food etc. The attention to detail by the owners is exceptional! There was a wonderful and lively Christmas market on only 2 min walk away, and the beach is a 5 minute walk, as well as pubs and restaurants-a truly wonderful location. Thank you for such a wonderful stay, we are already planning next years meet up!

“Relaxing and comfortable stay”
Reviewed 7 October 2017 for a stay in October 2017

Fantastic welcome pack, very well thought out, catered for adults and children. Comfortable beds, blackout curtains for the children and the large very well equipped playroom allowed the adults time to relax. Laura is very thoughtful, my daughter left her teddy and blanket and these have both been posted back to us. Perfectly positioned to access the wonderful selection of restaurants and for a morning stroll along the seafront. We would highly recommend this property and would certainly return when visiting family again.

“Wonderful week in Seaford”
Reviewed 8 September 2017 for a stay in August 2017

Lamb's Knees has been a loveley house for our stay in England. The house is decorated with a lot of attention to detail and is located very close to the sea for swimming and to the city for shopping. Busses run regularly to Brighton and Eastbourne. It is wonderful to go hiking from Beachy Head to the Seven Sisters. Thanks to Laura for her warm welcome and the welcome basket (the scones with clotted cream where wonderful to eat in the little garden).

“Lovely summer family holiday”
Reviewed 18 July 2017 for a stay in July 2017

We stayed in July for a week with our 2 and a half year old and 7 month old. The house is extremely well equipped for babies and young children and this and the toy room made for a lovely relaxing break.
We had a lovely walk down to Hope gap and went rockpooling, we also had a yummy meal at the Grumpy Chef.

“Amazing family friendly house”
Reviewed 8 July 2017 for a stay in June 2017

Fantastic house, big enough for two families with 4 children. Playroom amazing! All baby/toddler equipment that we could possibly need was provided. We all loved it. Lots to do and see with little ones in and around Seaford. Very thoughtful and attentive owner who went out of her way to ensure we had a great stay. Highly recommend!!
