We visited Canterbury for our Honeymoon in September 2017 and I chose to book at this lovely comfortable home while is located near old town Canterbury. The host welcomed us warmly when we checked in and surprised us with having private parking behind the home. The B&B was very clean and inviting. The host gave us tips and advice on how to get to downtown old Canterbury and some highlights to check out while we were in the area. He also had a map and plenty of brochures to read with all the local entertainment programs. Our room was neat and tidy. We had a private bathroom, small table with refrigerator underneath, a desk, cabinet for clothing, and two additional bunk beds. The host also told us that we were able to leave our rental car in the parking area when we checked out but were exploring Canterbury instead of paying the high fees for parking downtown. We truly appreciated it and we knew our personal belongings would be safer there. The downtown Canterbury was a short 10 minute walk which we found quite enjoyable. We would highly recommend this wonderful B&B to other Honeymooners, families, and travelers!

Room Tip: ask for the room with a private bathroom

Lovely B & B, room was a little tired looking in places but that didn't really matter as the customer service was amazing. Friendly attentive staff, delicious breakfast and a comfy bed - what more could you ask? Would return if visiting Canterbury again.

Booked a double room but it was 2 single beds pushed together. Not as quiet as I was expecting, could hear music from the pubs down the road then loads of noise as people were leaving. Breakfast wasn't very good either, sausage was burnt, egg was over cooked and beans were microwaved. Apple juice came in a glass the size of a thimble. Bathroom was tiny and the toilet seat wouldn't stay up so I had to hold it up whilst I went. Fridge in room was literally the only good thing about this b&b. Owner/manager was really helpful, explained the best way to get to town (gave me a map), which was about a 10 minute walk.

Great b&b with free parking. Short walk to town centre. Spotlessly clean. Comfy bed. Nice bathroom. Room 6 was very quiet. Warm welcome from the owner. Good breakfast in terms of quality and choice. We would stay here again.

Stayed here while we were performing at the Marlowe theatre and it was a great comfortable stay. The rooms were comfy and clean and the breakfast was made to order and good. I'd definitely stay here again
