It was a surprise to find the image of this ghastly place persisting online. Fortunately, it has now been demolished. After stealing the name of a reputable guesthouse, the foreign criminals who ran it, lead by a notorious fraudster, ripped off their customers for several years before it was repossessed and, found to be in a state of dereliction beyond repair, it was raised to the ground.
These are not, by the way, immigrants from Europe, far from it, we can and do get far better from them, no, these are British citizens, with valid passports, although they barely speak the language and have nothing but contempt for this great nation in which we enjoy such freedoms. Appallingly, despite their repeated mortgage fraud and arson, these crooks are still at large, exploiting the town of Blackpool through other " businesses"

Absolutely awful. 16 of us stayed overnight. Carpets were filthy, walls 'bogging' showers cold water only, toilets leaking, beds damp, food not fit for a dog. Few of us woke up with bites. Bed bugs maybe? Some rooms were freezing whilst others were to hot. Decor awful. Carpets soiled and whole building stunk! One of our group woke up to find a man in her room watching her sleep! Frightening! Staff not concerned with complaints! I think the place should close, get fumigated, staff have customer service training and the whole hotel needs to be renovated. Sack the cleaners and chef and get new. Trust me, this review is the truth.

This is a dive, still itching from the nights stay, 3rd Dec. If i had a choice off sleeping in a wheelie bin and this hotel Id have to consider the bin. This hotel is grim, and for £50 for a room, as Peter Kay would say they should were stripy jumpers and a mask the robbing B*******. there is no way the good review are genuine. If you take nothing else from the above "AVOID".

Room Tip: dont choose one

Just got back from our 3rd visit to blackpool, and I must say this hotel is possibly the highlight of the trip. The staff are exremely freindly, the rooms are luxury with tea and coffee making facilities and showers that are to your taste (boiling if you are an early riser, or a refreshing ice cold if late up) Your bed can be placed anyway possible in the room, even upside down or snapped in half as some of our party found out, and the added extra benefit that the doors dont lock so if you have had a heavy night and lost your key there is no need for one (in some cases the doors keep open by them selves, slightly hanging off one hinge)
The view is amazing, across the irish sea air conditioning from the windows is like you are sleeping on the dunes of the beach itself.
Altogether a cracking hotel that I could recommend for a thorough night to remember!
