we had already called and emailed ahead with out requests of mixture of doubles , twins, and single rooms.. on arrival we were all booked in very smoothly without problem. my room ...a single... was a nice size with en suite shower and toilet.. a full size mirror YES... and a TV in the room.. bedding and fresh towels of course.. we all met in the bar area which is a large room so when busy i could imagine still big enough not to feel cramped ..our host for the brief drink was lovely nice polite and chatty ... the breakfast next morning was all you could want fresh fruit . and juices ..cereals,, and a cooked breakfast with lots of toast tea and coffee..... our group have already said 'we will go back on our next visit to Blackpool..... this hotel has a perfect location perfect and everything you want for a few days away

Room Tip: perfect location clean towels and bedding and a great breakfast in the morning

Just wanted to say I really enjoyed my stay , the staff really friendly and a home from home. Everything was great and lovely rooms I haven't got one thing to complain about even the manager will go out of his way to help you can't wait to come back

Personal possessions do not leave in room . I pad taken out of room only cleaners in room that day . On same day rings were returned to another room by manager , cleaners said fell into a bin . Two more rooms doors left unlocked one was left with the cleaner in cleaning . Towels and milk replaced by cleaners nothing else cleaned or tidied . No shower in my room just a mixer tap shower head . Dated , bed linen clean , under beds in couple of rooms not clean stuff lying from last visitors . Meals good , other staff lovely friendly atmosphere. Met lovely visitors in hotel at entertainment in evening.

Returned to the Sutcliffe for an early January break. Our party of three family members two brothers and sister were allocated three single rooms which were nice, clean bed linen fresh laundry put in room daily. Breakfast fair and good choice. The hotel ts very central for all amenities promenade and a short walk to the town centre and the tower. Micheal the owner and all his staff make you feel welcome. Happy hour and bingo played each evening then entertainment from older peoplewho played in bands in the 50,s and 60,s although at 60 years of age even i failed to know most of the songs sung but enjoyed the hostility and show. and entertainment provided. yes some day we will return and enjoy the welcome of Micheal and his staff at the Sutcliffe.

Room Tip: rooms A4 ,C3 and C4 centrally heated close to lift rooms spacious with t.v. on wall
