Stayed in a sea view room. The view was amazing. View from window took in blackpool tower and even the pleasure beach. You could sit and watch the world go by ( well Blackpool anyway :-0). The room was nice and clean. Comfortable bed a nice bathroom. Nice wee dining area for breakfast which was excellent. Cereal and a cooked breakfast. The toast was the best i have ever had! Never ate until evening after belly busting feed. A really warm friendly welcoming upon arrival and throughout the stay moe and jimmy were accomodating and pleasant. Parking anywhere in Blackpool can be tricky at peak times. Hotel do try and accomodate that issue though by pre booking a space for you.
A mention to the other members of family and friends who helped make our stay more enjoyable.. forgot their names . All the best

What can I say totally amazing and friendly hotel would certainly recommend this to anyone.

Really close to pleasure beach and south pier right across the road however rooms very quiet and very clean. Good choice for breakfast, cooked as you order.

Owners were lovely and very welcoming will be returning here again.

We took our 3 yound children and stayed at the Sands Hotel during the February Half-term and being our first visit to Blackpool we didnt know what to expect. We booked the big room on the top floor which was more than comfortable with a great view overlooking the South pier!. Moe, our host was brilliant right from the initial contact after we had booked with prompt replies to all our queries via email. She and her team were very welcoming, polite, helpful and considerate throughout our stay which made it all the more enjoyable. The staff were very child friendly and made our kids feel at ease....one particular incident during the breakfast particularly stands out when one of our children had picked up a bit of a cough and without us even asking the staff kindly brought us some cough syrup for our child which I felt was very sweet of them and most considerate! Above all a great experience in a quiet part of the pier and only a 10minute walk to the tower and business end of blackpool! I would defintely recommend this hotel to any prospective families with children in particular. Thanks to Moe and her team for a wonderful stay!

Room Tip: For families select the big room on the top floor overloooking the pier
