We visit Blackpool each year to walk through the lights and have stayed in various Hotels/B&Bs and The Sands has been our most enjoyable to date :) location almost opposite the South Pier however there was no noise due to the excellent double glazing! Very friendly and informative greeting on arrival - directions to a secure carpark @ £5 for 24 hour stay (less than 5 minutes walk away), lovely hotel which has been refurbished to an excellent level whilst keeping the character of the old building (wonderful staircase!) We stayed in double room at front of hotel with great sea view and both directions of the promenade. Room was quite spacious, bed really comfortable, generous sized bath towels and even some toiletries included, a lot of thought has gone into providing everything needed for a lovely stay. Well done Moe and Jimmy, you have got the whole package just right!

Had a great time at this b&b, lovely caring hosts, breakfast was superb, rooms clean and tidy, but chilly at night but had a great night sleep. Highly recommend, great place to stay and great location (5 minute walk from pleasure beach) south pier just across the road. Couldn't fault the place.

I spent the week in this hotel and the staff are very friendly. The hotel is spotless with lots of little extras in the room. The breakfast was amazing. On the water front facing the beach and right beside the pleasure beach so in a perfect location.

Stayed 2 night's at the sounds hotel visiting Blackpool to walk the big one. Moe made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Location is by South pier which is ideal for all Blackpool attrations. Rooms were very clean and an excellent full breakfast each morning with very friendly and personal service. Excellent stay
