Me and my husband stayed here for 3 nights. The staff are brilliant if there was any issues it was sorted straight away. They were very cheerful and happy to help. The food was amazing. We will also be going back there.

Our Room was very clean, bit dissapointed there was no WiFi in rooms but managed ok, staff were very warm and welcoming, loved the Starbucks coffee shop and staff there were excellent, hotel is a lot bigger than expected,

Room Tip: Room was very clean, bathroom was a little small if I’m honest but we managed, lovely see view too x

thank you for leaving such great feedback.

We're very happy that overall you had a fantastic holiday with us at the Royal Seabank Hotel.

With regards to WIFI, we do offer Free guest WIFI in our downstairs bar / coffee lounge however we do have plans to introduce WIFI in guest bedrooms in due course so please bear with us.

It's great to learn you found our staff warm and welcoming, all of the team are fabulous here at the hotel and work so hard to deliver a great customer holiday experience.

Our Starbucks coffee shop is excellent isn't it! In summer time.. there's nothing quite like cooling down with a blended iced beverage and sitting on our outdoor patio!

We do hope you will choose us again for a future holiday to the resort, thank you once again for the review

Just back from this hotel from mon to fri break been to a lot of hotels in Blackpool but first at this hotel this is one of the best Food and entertainment was fantastic staff where very friendly and could not do enough for us The one thing I had a problem with was my shower but told reception and it was looked at and could not be fixed so as fix they move us to a premier room for our inconvenience So I have no hesitation to recommend this hotel as one of the best in Blackpool I will be back very soon So I would like thank all the staff and management for a fab week

Thank you for the very kind comments stating we're the best hotel you have come across in Blackpool, the staff all work extremely hard to deliver a wonderful holiday experience to our guests so it really is great you were well looked after during your time with us.

The Royal Seabank really prides itself on the excellent food and entertainment so we're so happy you found both to be of excellent standard.

With regards to your shower, we do apologise for the slight issues - however it's great our team allocated another more suitable room promptly once notified.

For a large family birthday gathering, over 30 of us booked into the Royal Seabank on Friday 16th March. What can I say, from the moment we arrived until the moment we left the staff were nothing less than absolutely fantastic. A huge thanks to everyone. From Lesley,Stuart and Chico in the bar area to Vicky and Andy in the restaurant only to name a few, all of the staff at the hotel are way above helpful and fantastically friendly. Everything in the Royal Seabank is very well organised, the food, entertainment, rooms, bar area, I couldn't fault anything. I would recommend the hotel very highly and hope to be back soon myself. There are times with a large group that it's hard to please everyone but in our party of 32 people there was not one person who had a negative word to say. Once again a huge thanks to ALL of the staff well done each and everyone of you. The page isn't letting me rate the hotel but for service- location and sleep quality I would give 5*****s

Room Tip: Sea View Rooms Are Very Nice But Trams Can Give A. Bit On Noise Early Morning

As i'm sure you have seen in previous reviews - customer service is priority, our staff from the restaurant, reception, housekeeping and reception all play a role in delivering the wonderful holiday experience the Royal Seabank is known for so it really is fantastic to hear you found our standard of service to be superb - we will pass on your kind words to the staff.

It's also fantastic you enjoyed our food and entertainment too, we pride ourselves on the food we serve here at the hotel, our chef and restaurant team will be very happy hearing of your great feedback.

Our nightly entertainment programme is extremely popular with our guests and one of the great reasons so many guests choose to return each year, we're so pleased you enjoyed.

Am in this hotel now and the noise is ridiculous I am currently sat up writing this coz I can’t sleep I know people are on holiday but Jesus have some respect for other people the hotel should have a rule about noise banging shouting the lot I won’t be returning after this stay

We are sorry to learn you are not fully satisfied with your holiday at the Royal Seabank Hotel.

With regards to the noise issues - customer satisfaction is our priority here at the hotel and we really do pride ourselves on the excellent service we provide as reflected in many fantastic TripaAdvisor reviews.

We do ask our guests to please notify us immediately of any issues whatsoever so they can be rectified there and then, I have spoken with hotel management who state that unfortunately no noise complaints were raised by yourselves during your time at the hotel. This saddens us as it doesn't given us the opportunity to make your stay more enjoyable. We do have staff available 24 hours a day, our staff once made aware would have kindly spoken with the offending guests and kindly asked to keep the noise level to a minimum - we do apologise for any inconvenience caused and hope you are not deterred from staying with us again in the future.
