We were here on Thursday 22nd March, this is a complete gem of a place. It is very very interesting, has lots and lots of stuff from horror movies. My cousin loved every bit of it, and I did too, apart from the fact that it genuinely scared the bejeesus out of me. Much to her delight. And the owner, Kurt, was an absolute delight. You can see the love and pride he has put in to the place. His customer service skills is amongst the best I have ever seen. Well done. And you should definitely go visit this place. Only £3 to get in, and worth every penny.

Excellent fun, great value. These guys have put so much work into the place. Please go and visit. We called after spending the day at the pleasure beach and it ended our day really well.

It is wonderful to see The Horror Crypt back open and better than ever! Since my last visit to this attraction close to Pleasure Beach (south promenade), there has been some serious investment and love put into the experience.

It is a dark walk through attraction which takes you through various horror scenes from your favourite movies and beyond. There are even some genuine props on display from horror movies which was an excellent touch and really quite unique.

The theming and atmosphere was exceptional and although there are no live actors to jump out, there was still a sensation of dread and eeriness all throughout. I loved the display on Ed Gein and the Texas Chainsaw Massacre, as well as the brilliant Exorcist and Dracula sections. The models on display are of a superb quality and and everything from the music to the lighting effects are just spot on for creating the right feel.

The guys who run it are also very friendly and chatty, and clearly care for their attraction and visitor experience. It is only £3 per person to visit, and will not take you too long to walk around, so give it a try and you will not be disappointed!
