WOW! What a find. My family and I stayed here for one night and we could not fault the Hotel. Maxine and Paul are such a delight and they made us feel like family! The room (3 bed - double and single) was perfect for what we needed and we all slept really well. The breakfast the night was stunning and filled us all up for the rest of our day. The location is superb, with less than a minute's walk to Coral Island, The Tower and the Sealife Centre.

Maxine and Paul made such an impression that we will be returning.

Stayed here last year as the place we normally stay at was fully booked , Very similar as its in the same road , Location was the reason we stayed there and Paul and Maxine were very accommodating , everything was great and we have booked again to stay this year, breakfast and service were first class and cant fault anything. definitely worth considering if you want a family run value for money guesthouse in the centre of Blackpool .

Stayed overnight in October for one night with the other half and our little girl. We were greeted by Maxine, who couldn't do enough for us. Lovely room, good breakfast, great location and lovely people. Really can't fault the place. Will certainly stay again.
