Me and my partner checked in room 113 after her little trip on the dodgey first few steps from the reception wich need addressing..... we were quite pleased with our room nice and clean although shabby in places wich I feel let it down a little as the bathroom had recently been grouted so why not go further to a lick of paint here and there? Window very stiff and won't latch shut although on the plus side with window open and heating off room was nice and warm. Breakfast we only managed on our 2nd day as we got abit worse for wear on the 1st very minimal I'd like the option for a big full English and I wasn't asked what toast or how I'd like my eggs I'm not picky but I felt very rushed by this however all tasty and to hand so nice little breakfast to start our last day but my main complaint was the car admitted it was very convenient when checking in you leave ya keys and it gets parked for you however on checking out it wasn't busy at all but I felt rushed out the back door my car was behind a gate he said is that yours I said yes and off he went very rude to be booted out the back door and then to basicly open the gates and get my car from the tight drive way myself. When I stayed at a hotel further down they brought your car to the front door for you as you left it what's worse I assume this was the management!! Anyway all in all an average stay in what could be a top marks hotel with some tlc and more customer care training thank you bedford might see you again

Avoid this terrible hotel. When we arrived there was no hello or any kind of warm welcome it also looks really shabby and run down inside and out. When were shown to our rooms we came past a man painting walls which I found strange when their expecting guests all You could smell was paint and like a dusky old smell around the place. To be fair the room was the best thing about the place except for the extremley small bathroom. On too the Breakfast well that was a joke our first morning their we were told by a member off staff to go and wait in the pub bit as they had no tables for us which I thought was terrible organistaion and unorganised. Also the member of staff wasnt very polite. The breakfast was a joke come on who is full of one sausage and one bacon with egg and beans, You want a big breakfast sought You out and the food tasted disgusting My sausage tasted like a greasy dripped in fat chip shop sausage it was rank. Now onto the entertainment well that was a joke too it was boring, lame and distasteful. To top it all off My girlfriend had a ticket placed on her car saying she was fined for parking in a spot on next doors hotel yet it was hammering it down with rain and we just wanted too check in and when My girlfriend approached their manager about this fake fine malarkey he was rude and sharp with her until I came on the seen then he got the fine abolished. Some cheek ay he.must have give next doors hotel My girlfriends private details too them because how would they know where Me and My partner lives. Never going there again.

Enjoyed our 3 night stay but could do with a hair dryer in room.
Nice spa corner in a small cosy pool and good sea views from string room at front of property.
Breakfast was very good and kept you going easily until lunchtime.

As a fan of a super clean bed and bathrooms this place ticks all of the boxes . Located on north prom it is a bit of a walk towards the tower but worth it . We had a twin room for 2 nights with breakfast and I have to say the only thing that bothered me was it was soooooo warm in the rooms . Great if u r planning a winter trip there . Breakfast was standard fare but cooked how we asked and the staff were very pleasant . Loved the main guy in reception. Couldn't do enough. We will so go back there .. and I you ever have read my reviews you will know that is a rarity . Thanks Bedford xx

Hotel has a great location, on the seafront and a short walk into Blackpool town centre.

The guy on reception was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
Swimming pool and sauna were good and unusual for what is a relatively small hotel. Breakfast was good with a decent selection and rooms, whilst basis, were clean and functional and overall well worth the money we paid, particularity considering it was over the August Bank Holiday weekend.
