Took my boys 3 and 6 (autistic) on bank holiday Saturday. Got there as it opened so has a quietist hour. Fantastic time, clean, well organised! Definitely recommended £20 credit on wrist band as this fed family of four. Queuing out of the door as we left at one!
Boys loved it, lots to do and we look forward to going again when they are bigger!

I went here on Saturday 31st of March with my husband and 2 children aged 9 and 6. We bought the slide wristbands for myself and my 9year old which cost £6.75 each on top of the price of the day. My 6 year old was too small to go on the bigger slides so we paid an extra £2.75 for him to be able to go on the Sidewinder. You can uses the slides as many times as you like during your visit.

My husband is disabled, we asked to use the disabled changing area. The staff member on the desk got another staff member to show us to the changing room. she showed us where the lockers were and also a seating area for people with disabilities. She also advised that if the tables were full to come to the first aid room where the staff would find us a free table.

We arrived at 9.30 and there was hardly any queues for the slides. The slides were excellent and we all agreed the Sidewinder was the most scary! Later in the day it was very busy but we felt safe due to the vigilant staff. We still didn’t wait long to go on the slides either.

There was so much to do in the water park and we really loved the lazy river and the wave pool.

The park was very clean and tidy. We had a brilliant day. The staff should be commended for being so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning here in the future.

We took our 2 kids as a treat, since they enjoyed the Tenerife waterpark.
For £50 family ticket you get 2 rides, for one you need to queue endlessly.for the other 3 rides there is extra fee!

Facilities were dirty, no cleaning staff around, toilets smell and there was no soap. Cafe served drink 15min prior to food being ready, for the food order you had to queue overall about 30min.

It was too busy, too noisy, too expensive and too dirty.

We visited on Good Friday

Staying over the night before, we arrived at 9.30. Parking was next to the attraction, £8 for 12 hours and took credit card. Only issue we had was height limit, with the roof bars clattering the height restriction bars on the car park.

Our kids actually changed in toilets at the attraction, before they opened, so we were straight in when they opened at 10.

Got lots of slides etc in before 11 and started to queue around 11.30.

All the life guards got patterns working around the slides for pickup etc which worked well and the queues were well organised, apart from not necessaryily following the signs in the attraction. Everything flowed smoothly.

Apart Mr Happy at Montazooma, who after us being in the attraction for 4 hours and following the standard pattern, decided we should be obeying the signs, which weren't has good as the pattern that developed. He must of had a bad day.

We got the pizza meal deal around 12, which was good value and enjoyable.

Hopefully we will be back in the future.

Thank Peter K

Me and my 11 year old daughter went the water park at a cost of £41.25. I thought this was pricey in comparison to other good water parks like the one at Barnsley Metrodome. My wife came along with the hope of watching as she doesn’t enjoy this sort of thing, but when we found out that she would have to pay over £16. To her displeasure she decided to spend time in the foyer. I can understand why it should not be free as anyone could hang about in there. Why not have a subsidised price as they do over the road at the pleasure beach. We were in there 4 and half hours. great fun for us but not much fun for her. Also she would have bought food and drink in there and we would have been able to do the same. However, the water park is one of the best if not the best we’ve been in the slides etc are amazing.
