We recently stayed at the Holiday Inn for 5 days, Monday to Friday as a family of 4.

The staff were very friendly and very helpful making sure our stay was as stress free and enjoyed as much as possible.

The rooms were cleaned to a very high standard and the hotel itself throughout was spotlessly clean and hand gel stations provided by each lift and in the corridors throughout the hotel. The beds were very comfy and there was minimal noise throughout both the day and night. Breakfast was lovely each morning with plenty of choice and every need catered for.

The hotel was in the perfect place to be able to explore Liverpool City Centre with everywhere in walking distance and the taxi rank/train station right outside for the day trips outside of the city centre.

We had the best stay possible and look forward to returning in the near future!!!! 😁

Situated across the road from Lime Street Station this hotel is well situated if travelling by train. Luggage can be left at the hotel if you arrive before check-in or you wish to explore after checkout. The staff are particularly friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good and vegans are catered for. As a corporate style hotel it has little character but what it does, it does well.

Situated straight over the road from Liverpool Lime Street Station, great hotel ideally located for bars, shopping and local attractions. First visit to the city and can’t wait to return.

We chose a feature room, which was nice and spacious, spotlessly clean and ticked all of the boxes. Very nice bar within hotel too, which was open until 2am. The staff in the hotel were all very friendly and helpful and a particular mention to Chani, who recommended some great bars and restaurants in the area.

Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city 👍🏼
