As soon as we arrived, we had a warm welcome from the lovely staff who were helpful, cheerful and informative. We had a lovely room which was spotless and had everything you needed including an ironing board and an iron. The whole team are a credit to the hotel.

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The view was great from our room also. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options and the staff were attentive and friendly. It has everything you need for a fantastic stay in Liverpool.

Our stay was fantastic, my partner uses a wheelchair so we have specific needs and our room was perfect. Amanda was so helpful and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Felipe was also lovely assisting us when we left. Thank you so much! Definitely recommend this hotel!

The room not clean at all .. the smell very bad
The bathroom dirty and smells bad i don't recommend it again all
And also the picture in booking is not the same in real i ask them to make upgrade but when i see the room is the same problems as well i just check out and change the hotel

An unexpected stay here at this hotel during to our flight being cancelled at Manchester airport.
We showed up in the middle of the night at this hotel (a coach and a half of ppl) that Tui had booked last minute to put us up for the night and I’ve got to say the staff here were brilliant and got us all in to rooms quickly.
They were running around making up extra beds for families and made us really welcome.
The rooms were clean and comfortable and had everything we needed.
The breakfast was absolutely delicious and even after Tui abandoned us there and only paid for rooms until 12pm, the hotel was happy to have us all wait around in the lounge downstairs until we heard something.
Whilst I will never travel with Tui again, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at a Novotel, especially this one.
