Airy cool and calm reception area welcomed by really friendly and helpful staff. Room modern and everything included for great stay. Beds super comfortable. Excellent choice at breakfast and servers all super helpful. Didn’t use Spa but that looked amazing. Will stay again.

Hope street hotel is perfectly positioned for the graduation ceremonies of the Liverpool universities. The hotel rooms are large and comfortable and the breakfast is excellent with lots of choices

After meeting at Hope Hotel over 8 years ago, we decided to stay again for our anniversary... yet again, we were not disappointed. We mentioned when booking that we'd met there 8 years ago and that we'd decided to stay for our 8 year anniversary. Our room was upgraded to a studio suite and on arrival we were greeted with a lovely anniversary gift in our room - perfect! The service by staff on arrival was also second to none. We then had a scrumptious meal in the 1931, incredible food & amazing service again. Then we headed back to our room where my partner proposed - eeeeeeek!!!! We decided to try breakfast in bed, so we ordered our breakfast on the door hanger and left it out. Breakfast arrived promptly the next morning, still hot & presented stunningly. So yummy too!!!! We then checked out and made use of the Spa facilities - WOW!! Absolutely stunning!!!! The trip was just perfect from start to finish and we will 100% be back again... perhaps for our wedding?!??!!

This hotel is special. Superbly located in Hope Street halfway between the Catholic and the Anglican Cathedrals, opposite Philharmonic Hall. All staff are friendly and helpful, both online and in person. The transformation of the old core building into a modern, architect-designed hotel, is just brilliant - a pleasure to be in. Both the rooms I've been in (it's my third or fourth visit) had fantastic views across the city, to the Mersey and beyond. And there's a nice selection of unusual cocktails in the bar / dining room.
