Stayed here as a Family trip to do some sight seeing in London, me mum and my niece. Dropped off our luggage in the special room as we were to early to check in. Went around London and checked in later in the evening, was all fast and helpful, the hotel has been newly decorated and is very nice and clean the room was a family room with a double and a single bed. Wi-Fi was free and good, beds were amazing the hotel was quite and we slept perfectly. Breakfast was self service the usual and fried breakfast too. A fantastic hotel in a brilliant location for Victoria coach and train station with fantastic staff too. We will stay here again!!!!!

We stayed at the premier inn Victoria as a family for a weekend of sightseeing. Upon arriving too early to check in, the friendly helpful staff were more than happy to put our luggage safe for us until we could check in later that day. On check in we were again greeted by lovely, friendly staff who genuinely cared about our stay at the hotel. The rooms and beds were great, location is great, wetherspoons just around the corner if you want a cheap & cheerful! Staff were more than happy to once again store our luggage until we were leaving that evening. Extremely pleased with premier inn Victoria and will certainly return

We had an enjoyable stay. Two issues, first was on check in, we were a family of four and it took some time to find two rooms beside each other. Surely a computer could put two booking beside each other. The second was that a foul smell appeared in our room on the 2nd night, thankfully Hannah the manager asked no questions and she refunded us for one nights stay - excellent quality service and conducted in a professional manner.

Stayed here for one night while coming to London to see Wicked. Very close to Victoria station so great travel links to anywhere else in London.
Hotel room was a family room, very large with a double and two single beds for the girls. Very quiet location but no view.

We stayed at this hotel for four nights. The room was big and clean. Two TV's, so the kids could watch one, and the adults another. Comfortable beds, and the washroom was nice and clean. A great place to relax for the night. The only small drawback was the "noise" our neighbors (couple) made in the middle of the night.

Room Tip: Easy 5-minute walk to Victoria Station.
