Clean, tidy rooms. The hotel is suitable for a family. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The concierge was really helpful. We spent 4 lovely nights, the place is located between 2 understand stations which lead you to anywhere! The central line could take you to Heathrow airport directly via Holborn stiation.

The location is very convenient. Such as,
British museum is 2 minutes walk, bloomsbury playground is 5 minutes walk.
A new Oxford street has many restaurants & cafes as well as shops is 2 minutes walk.

The hotel is located between many touristic attractions. However, the area is not as crowded as Covent Garden or other well-known districts. So, this is a bonus.

A special thanks for Mr.Tony who gave outstanding services. I forgot my passport in the safety box & he helped me to get me to get it back.

I definitely will come back to this hotel.

Our location is excellent, as you say for transport links to the rest of the city, with Oxford Street and Covent Garden being a short walk away.
Tony really is a shining star in our team and I am glad that he reunited you with your passport.

It locates in a quiet area, but is very close to bus stop connected to many major bus lines. Hotel staffs are very helpful and friendly. Fair price!
Comfortable, clean and nicely decorated room. The room is a bit small, but that's normal in London.
The restaurant "Steak and Lobster" is highly recommended! One can choose from either an 10oz ribeye steak or a whole lobster (proper size!!!) with endlessly served French fries and salad for £20!!! Yummy!!!
Will book again :-)
