We are in the day 2of our 4days stay. Wi-fi is extremely weak and unreliable in the room for both days any time of the day. Front desk confirmed it to be the permanent issue all through the hotel.
Otherwise great location, clean, nice people.
Bottom line - stay here if you don't need Wi-fi

We stayed for a few days on a recommendation from some friends. We were in town to go to the Goodwood revival and wanted to stay somewhere close to the tourist attractions but far enough that it would be quiet and offer restaurants etc. This hotel met every one of our hopes, the location is perfect and close to the Gloucester underground and an easy train ride from Heathrow. In addition there is a Sainsbury right around the corner if you need a snack, drinks, etc. The rooms have refrigerators so you have somewhere to keep it cool. While the rooms are a bit small, that's to be expected in London and our bathroom offered a nice tub and shower. We faced the street which was not noisy and with the windows opened it offered quite a nice breeze. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. In addition they also offer a mobile phone with local internet and calling service so if your local plan charges you still have the opportunity to have access. I would highly recommend this hotel!

I don't stay in fancier hotels, generally, and the room I stayed in here was nice and a good refuge from the hustle and bustle of London. The ceiling was high, the bathroom was glorious, and there was a lot of storage space. Staff at the hotel were keen and engaged. Nights there were quiet, and the room had an air conditioning control, which was great because it was unusually warm the Bank Holiday of August 2017. Although this hotel is probably not a five-star hotel, if you want something better than this, you may not get as good a location or price.

After travelling for 4 hours, I arrived literally 20 minutes before the 2.30pm check-in time, only to be reprimanded by a very unwelcoming man who, possibly worked as a porter, for arriving too early! Fortunately, the 2 women on the front desk were very professional and gave me a room straight away.

The hotel is modern and has a nice boutique feel to it. The room was nicely styled and clean. However, it all ended there.

The curtains did not close properly. I had a 2 foot gap due a faulty rail. The shower, if it actually worked without scalding you, would be great for anyone below 5' 8". It is installed far too low which makes it very awkward for taller people. There were loose fittings in the bathroom that required simple maintenance work that had not been carried out.

The street outside my room was very noisy through the night. The windows do not filter out much sound and didn't even close properly due to badly installed fittings. You are better off with a room towards the rear.

Lastly, the bed was worse than sleeping on stone! It is far too hard and caused me a lot of pain the following day. The pillows gravely need upgrading from poor quality hollow fibre.

There were tea and coffee making facilities but no milk! By this point, I couldn't even be bothered to ring down to reception.

This hotel deserves better praise but needs to pay attention to other factors that help make for a more comfortable stay.

This excellent hotel has become a "home away from home" in London. The location is a moderate walk from Earls Court. The large, comfortable beds are fitted with luxury sheets. Tea/coffee and biscuits are provided as are quality cosmetics. It's the unique touches that make this hotel a special place to stay. Each room is provided with a smart device that you can take out to navigate your way around London. This stay was in a quiet room facing the back. The only negative was that the bathroom did not have a magnifying mirror and the air vent in the window was broken and covered with masking tape. Will definitely be staying here again.
