Hotel staff were very friendly and efficient without losing the personal touch. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great, lovely choice, from continental, cereals to full English with eggs freshly made how you like them. Nothing too much trouble.

It appears the GM of TeamKensington in the Front Office is very responsive to guests reviews and questions. I have reserved the junior suite in mid May, 2018 but have some questions regarding additional reservations? Is there an actual live person I can speak to? Hate getting involved in the main reservation system. Thank you so much.

This Hotel was excellent with a Great Location. Clean Good Food.
Very helpful and well trained staff - particularly in reception and the Executive Lounge.
From desk Personnel were extremely Helpful with Taxi Service and also Maps to the Local Area Attractions.

Room Tip: High Floor away from the Elevator

Again, this was an emergency stay because of the weather and as I was working nearby the following day I moved from the St Pancras Renaissance in the late afternoon and used some Rewards points for a stay at this location - my first here for several years.

It's a large property overlooking Cromwell Road and what I still think of as the old West London Air Terminal (now sadly a supermarket and large block of flats). It's very close to Gloucester Road underground station.

Very helpful and well trained staff - particularly in reception and the Executive Lounge.

Tried the very nice, complimentary evening snacks rather than braving the icy blasts and slippery roads and eating in one of the many nice places nearby. Good breakfast in the Lounge also - but only scrambled eggs (excellent) and mushrooms rather than a proper breakfast (which I believe must include bacon).

Nice renovated bedroom with usual mid range Marriott toiletries, fluffy towels and great pillows.

Room Tip: All rooms appear to be well soundproofed.
