This is without doubt the most horrible place I have ever stayed. It stinks, is reeking filthy and the reception staff gave the most awful customer service. I am scratching myself just thinking about it. I know you get what you pay for and this is cheap. But it's not cheap enough in fact they should pay you to stay here. Don't!!!

Ok, First of all, we didn't choose this hotel. The company booked it for us and when we found out the name and came here to read some reviews we got truthfully scared. I have to say it: IT's not that bad! It's 5 minutes away from oxford street.
The hotel is not super clean, that's true. The staff didn't seem that annoying and when we had to check out they also asked if we needed a cab. The rooms are old, that's for sure. The bed makes a lot of noise and all they give you is a small bar of soap and two towels. I don't know if I would go there again, but considering where it is and how much it costs...I guess you get what you pay for.

I stayed here on March 26th in room 104. I spent half the night scratching. The mattress was. Dry uncomfortable and the room was very grubby and noisy. The window which overlooked the busy main road wasn't secure and locked. Each time a vehicle passed,it rattled loudly. The doors in the next room slammed.keeping you awake when not being bit by the infested mattress. The bathroom was dirty and shower cubicle tiny and not practical. Staff were not that welcoming and the TV didn't work properly and wasn't viewable when laying on your bed. You had to stand up and watch it because of the screen resolution. Would never return. How they stay in business is a complete mystery.

Great location, cheap price but rooms had visible damp and mouldy patches everywhere. Room also only had small single glazed window which meant it was freezing and noisy.
Would definitely paying extra to get a better room elsewhere.

No WiFi, no TV, no cleaning during our stay, no breakfast, one toilet paper roll for two persons for the tree days we stayed...not even a shower mat to dry our feet...my boyfriend nearly fall over because of the wet floor! !
The room was old and the wall paper was falling off...
The only good thing is the location a few minutes away from Oxford Street
