Stayed here with my boyfriend for one night but wish we had booked for two! Friendly staff seemed to remember us from last time and we were greeted with smiles as we checked in; yet again we were upgraded to executive room which we were thrilled with! Had a beautiful meal in the Elements restaurant and then went out in London for the night. The next morning we woke up to sunshine and took a walk round Tower Bridge and the Tower of London before heading over to Westferry to meet family and then back to the hotel to collect our bags which the hotel staff very kindly kept safe for us in the lobby.
Overall we had another amazing stay in the Novotel and we will certainly be back many more times! Thankyou! :)
Thank you for returning to us, providing us with great feedback and rating us with 5 stars. We (family of 4) stayed here in 2 interconnecting rooms in Feb 2012 for 3 nights. I thought it was on the expensive side but the rooms are a good size especially for London. Showers were fine also. Try and get a price that includes breakfast as they charge £16/person otherwise (although children eat free with paying adults). Location is right beside the Tower Hill tube station but check that the circle/district lines are open before you book at the weekends - we ended up getting a bus to a different tube station to get our train to Heathrow on the Saturday.
Thank you for taking the time to post your feedback on Tripadvisor. I was happy to read that you found the location great and the bedroom size and shower facilities good. Although the underground do operate planned closures over the weekend, these are advertised in advance on the TFL website. Our reception staff are also on hand and well informed to provide you with the best possible alternative, should there be any tube disruptions. Thank you once again for your feedback and we look forward to welcoming you back. Kindest regards, Dominic Sauls, Operations Manager
Stayed here last night with my wife and daughter. Overall a great hotel because I booked it with hotels.com. The room rate in the hotel was advertised at £415 for a triple room. It was not worth that. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The only downside was that to get to our room we had to walk through the bar and restaurant to find the lift. The bathroom was awesome with a drench type shower that had lots of pressure. Lots of bath linen and comfy beds. The Internet however was not free and rather expensive, which considering the price of the room was a bit of a Micky take! It should have been free IMO. The television channels were also basic and BBC 1 was not very watchable (picture not content). Overall I would recommend this hotel.

I very much appreciated your comments regarding the bathroom, amenties and comfort of the bed. I have also noted your comments regarding the internet and the picture quality. Thank you once again for your feedback and your recommendation and we look forward to welcoming you and your family back to the hotel soon. Kindest regards, Dominic Sauls, Operations Manager
