I stayed with my daughter in May 2022 . Hotel modern, clean with great staff .Thank you to all .
Our room was very small cabin , no window and even no space to open our suitcase on the floor . you feel you are in shoe box .
I asked front desk ( Young Lady ) if they can give us anything better and they did and make our trio more memorial .Thanks to her a lot.
The location is awesome , walkable to British Museum , Oxford St and lots of attractions .Lots of good restaurant around .
I highly recommend this hotel .

Bad value for money. And from the picture on the website I expected more.
No dinks or snacks in the minibar which I expect from every hotel I stay in. It Felt a bit like a more classy hostel to me.

- Location is great, close to most important sights and in the area there are good restaurant options
- Calm area, no noise

Loud constant construction work started at 8am. Staff didn't want to listen when we politely asked why we weren't warned or moved. Complained via email also with no reply. We had spent a lot of money for the trip away. Trip was ruined.

A modern hotel. Great for work trips into London. Stay there recently for conference around the corner

The staff were very friendly, have to mention Ewelina, went the extra mile to make sure I had everything needed and she was super friendly.

Would stay there again and recommend

Room tip: Great pub just being behind a hotel called the crown has got a nice beer garden / patio / courtyard
