Decent. Good location, helpful staff, clean, modern, comfortable. Handy London City hotel near Aldgate, Whitechapel. Rooms are good size, modern ad=nd comfortable. Food (I only had breakfast) was fine, staff were friendly and polite. I'd stay again, and its not stupid price for a London hotel.

Thermostat had a limit how warm room temperature could be set! It was freezing, with minimal air circulation coming out of the vents. Horrors.. Windows cannot be opened. So without air and shut windows, room was just so stuffy.. and given there were three of us, we couldn't breathe literally.. and freezing the whole time
Nice hotell. Good view form the roof top bar. Staff was excellent. The area however is somewhat poor. A lot of sketchy caracters in the evening. Tube connection was good! Clean rooms and a good bed. The food at the restaurant was a bit disappointing however.
Location was not convenient. Room was too small for Hyatt Place. Bathroom amenities not fully available. Staff service was lousy and unfriendly. The reception informed me that parking space was 10 min walking while actually 20 min
Fantastic check-in staff. Modern room. Great location. Will definitely stay again thanks to the wonderful service we had at this hotel! I have stayed at hotels all over the world and this is the standard I expect. Thank you so much for doing an excellent job. You will not be disappointed staying at this property.
