Really bad coffee and the Churros were really tasteless ...the attention was very poor...I used to go to that place many years ago and the Churros were perfect...now they use frozen cheap and very thin Iceland Churros...

This was my local breakfast churros and coffee haunt. Also good for lunch, especially oxtail, rabbit and paella. Good value I think. They are also licensed bow, so you can enjoy a beer or a glass of wine or two with the food. Great local eaterie.

I used to be a regular here years ago when I lived nearby. I was happy to return more than 10 years later and find it still going strong. I brought my parents for Sunday brunch. We had the half fried breakfast, arroz a la cubana and the freshly made paella. The portions were massive especially the rice dishes and everything was freshly made. It wasn’t busy and the service was quick and friendly.

One gripe I have is the location of the toilet; you have to walk through the kitchen to the back of the restaurant where the staff clearly also take their smoke breaks - not the best system for health and safety.

However, I will definitely be returning and bring more people to sample more of the spanish dishes on the menu.

I have been craving for churros and found this place on Google. So i went there today, and it was almost packed. As it was lunch time, i decided to grab some hot food. I asked a guy standing in line what's good here as he comes here often. Without hesitation, he said "everything!" I was still skeptical and got myself spanish paella. Thinking to myself, how good can it be, its just paella. Then at the first bite, wowww it was the best I have ever had!!!! Better than one I had in Madrid... The blend of the taste was perfect. The seafood in the rice was plenty. I loved it so much!

The churros was very good and cheap too! I got two of them for only 90 pence! My new favorite restaurant now!

We arrived here very tired after a late night to find that the sun was shining on the pavement and we had an excellent breakfast served with great enthusiasm and energy. The food is standard cafe food but the whole experience and value for money was excellent. This is clearly a 'locals' cafe where a lot of people were popping in for a coffee etc. The main man (owner I presume) called "Tony" was excellent, made us very welcome and enagaged everyone with the same energy. We loved him and it.
