The tour was excellent!
We left at 7:35, and Delianne was our guide. She was engaging, animated, and had a quick wit, throwing out both facts and jokes. She was amazing.
Even in January, with the rain and the cold, it was well paced, showed us many of the locations, and all the information was on point. I barely noticed the 2 hrs fly by.
Dress warmly, bring some mittens, and mentally prepare yourself, because the photos and the story are gruesome, but morbidly fascinating.
