I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times. It’s a great location. Easy to get to, great facilities, comfortable quiet rooms. I find with too many London hotels the noise either from other rooms or the street is quite disturbing that’s not been my experience (on floor 7 this time).
Breakfast selection was very good and the meeting facilities and catering was also of a very high standard.More

The check in process was speedy. Information about the hotel had been emailed before arrival.
The front desk staff were Courteous, efficient and friendly.
The room was very clean as was the bathroom everything in perfect working order.

Fabulous hotel. Fabulous staff. Excellent location. You just cannot ask for more. The Ruby bar is a delightful place to spend quality time with your colleagues. Diana our Waitress is literally hands down the most attentive and all round amazing Waitress anywhere in this area. She is just amazing. Love our stay at Hilton

Great location very close to Tower Bridge & amazing views of the Shard from our room. Staff were very friendly & couldn’t do enough for us, bed was very comfy too after a couple of long days of sightseeing! Would definitely recommend & would return

One of our favourite accommodations when visiting London without a doubt! The staff welcomed us when we arrived. Additionally, the receptionist, Grabriella, was OUTSTANDING and gave us adjoining rooms on the top floor.
Excellent service was provided by the night bar staff, mainly Liam, Alex, and Jose.
Would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody!

1st visit since before Covid when it was our go to hotel in London. Nice to return to an old friend even if the world has moved on. Good stay, Alba on reception was very good as we're the staff in Bar Ruba.
Breakfast was ok, but nothing more. Perhaps spoiled by staying in other hotels since my last visit where breakfasts are better . The coffee/tea at breakfast particularly let it down. My wife always likes a continental breakfast at the hilton, but she could find only pastries that were appealing this time.
1 last thing I have noticed about staying at any Hilton Hotel ,you can change the air con to get cooler, but ultimately it reverts to a set 23.5 or 24 . Why?
